Ss. Cyril and Methodius School is thriving and excelling in academic and spiritual excellence.  This is accomplished by our well qualified and dedicated teachers always willing to go a step further, our staff, which shows concern and consideration to our children on a daily basis, and parental involvement. Our school needs you.  Your time, treasure and talent are essential to the growth and well being and financial stability of our school.

The PA must raise $100,000 per year by participation and support in the yearly fundraisers.  Each family must support the PA events with a minimum of $450.00 per year. You can volunteer your time at the fundraisers and receive $5.00 per hour off your mandatory with a maximum amount of $200 off your mandatory.  Each fundraiser has different requirements and information is forwarded throughout the school year as each event comes up.  Our major PA fundraisers include:

• Candy Sale
• Gift Wrap Sale
• Breakfast with Santa
• The Auction
• The Fashion Show

Bingo, which has become our biggest fundraiser, still needs your time and will remain mandatory.  Every family must  volunteer to work Bingo or pay $600.00 and not volunteer at Bingo.  As a volunteer you are assigned to a team and must volunteer on your assigned time and date.  The shift is approxiamtely from 6:00pm - 10:30pm.  You also have an opportunity to work our Saturday Bingos.  We have four Saturday Bingo's a year.  If you choose to volunteer on Saturday you must work all 4 Bingos from 6 - 11.  Bingo is a year round fundraiser and summer volunteering is necessary.  The Bingo calendar is done well in advance, it is on the school calendar and available by clicking the following:  View Bingo Schedule

In todays economic environment, where most households are two income families, we recognize the difficulty in committing time to fundraising activities.  Therefore we would like to offer an alternative.  We've created a tutition structure that allows you to pay an additional $1000.00 per year; this would eliminate your PA mandatory and Bingo obligation.  The $1000.00 will be added to your tutition and paid monthly.
